Important Things to Know
- The three short-question sections have different rules: Q.2 and Q.3 offer 12 questions each (attempt 8), while Q.4 offers 9 (attempt 6).
- Long questions are drawn from ten chapters across five questions — you attempt any three, so keep your preparation broad.
- Part (b) of a long question is not automatically a numerical — either part can carry one, so don’t skip numericals in any chapter.
- The 2025 paper follows the SLO-based pattern, so it differs a little from older papers; even so, roughly 90% of this scheme is expected to hold.
- This scheme is built around Punjab boards. Prepare all chapters fully rather than relying on the scheme alone.
