1st Year Computer Science Pairing Scheme 2025 PDF Download – Punjab Boards

1st Year (Class 11) Computer Science students under the Punjab boards can now prepare for the 2025 exam using the official pairing scheme. It applies to BISE Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Multan, Bahawalpur, and Dera Ghazi Khan, plus the Azad Kashmir board, and shows how the 75-mark theory paper is spread across the 10 chapters.

This scheme shows which chapters supply the most MCQs, how the short questions are grouped across Questions 2, 3 and 4, and which single chapters carry the five long questions — so you can focus your revision on the highest-weight topics.

Long Questions — 24 Marks (Attempt 3 out of 5)

Important Things to Know

  • Chapters 2, 8 and 9 carry the heaviest short-question weight — give them extra revision.
  • Long questions come from chapters 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10; you attempt any three, so prepare across them.
  • The 2025 paper follows the SLO-based pattern, so it differs a little from older papers; even so, roughly 90% of this scheme is expected to hold.
  • This scheme is built around Punjab boards. Cover every chapter fully rather than relying on the scheme alone.
